Updating your diary at the correct time is important for an accurate analysis of your symptoms and triggers. However, if you forget to input a meal, you can add it later with a note below it stating what time you ate (the same can be done for symptoms, mood or medication).
Premium users have the option to change the date and time of diary entries. See ‘What are the benefits of upgrading to Premium?’ to find out more.
Go to Profile > Allergies. Press Add Allergy or ‘+’ button at the top right corner, type the name of the allergy in the box provided and click Save.
Go to Medication. Press the ‘+’ button at the top right corner, type the name of the new medication in the box provided and click Save.
Yes, you can. Go to Food. Press ‘Tap Here to Add Ingredients’, type the name of the new ingredient in the box provided at the top of the screen. Next press the Add button. Your new ingredient will appear in the ingredients box. When you finished adding them, press Back and then press Save. Your new ingredient will appear as your diary entry.
Yes. Go to Symptoms, at the bottom you will find Other. Select it and the severity rate window will appear. Choose your severity and press Save. Press Continue and you will be able to name and describe your symptom in the box provided. Press Save when you finished. Your new symptom will appear as your diary entry.

- Family Plan which allows you to create many profiles within one plan, for example for family members
